Napoli midfielder Allan 'ordered to pay 50% of his monthly salary back'

Napoli midfielder Allan has reportedly been ordered to pay 50 per cent of his monthly salary back to the club as punishment for the training camp mutiny has begun.

After their Champions League draw with RB Salzburg earlier this month, Carlo Ancelotti's men refused to go on the training retreat organised by Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis which has led to a civil war inside the Naples club.

Allan has been hit with a £171million fine for his row with vice-president and De Laurentiis' son Edo, according to Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Edo De Laurentiis slammed the current squad, claiming they lack 'balls', and called for more 'honour' to be given to the 'shirt and the city' earlier this month.

He singled out Napoli heroes Emanuele Calaio and Francesco Montervino as examples for the current side to follow before accusing his players of lacking 'balls'.

Napoli were held to a 1-1 draw by AC Milan last Saturday and are currently in seventh place in Serie A, 15 points off leaders Juventus
