Meet Liverpool's Rinsola Babajide who scored 14 goals in 1 game when she was just 17-years-old

One goal. Two. Three. Four. That's never an easy thing to do in football, but Nigerian born forward, Rinsola Babajide did that for Liverpool, scoring four goals in an 8-1 trouncing of Blackburn. Questions arise as to what qualities she might add to the Super Falcons.




According to reports, when Rinsola was 17 year old, she scored 14 goals in just the 2nd half for the University of East London women's football team in a game that ended 40-0.







Rinsola kicked off her career by joining Mill-wall Lionesses Ladies from Crystal Palace Ladies in January 2015 but made her professional debut on March 18 against the London Bees in an FA Women's Super League (WSL) match which ended in a draw.






In 2017, Babajide completed a transfer to Watford Ladies. She scored her first competitive goal for the club in a 3-2 loss to London Bees in an FA WSL Spring Series fixture. Bababjide finished as Watford's joint-top scorer in the 2017 Spring Series.

After Watford, she later moved on to Liverpool in 2018. She was Liverpool's second top scorer in 2019, which shows how prolific she was for the club.






In terms of what she might add upfront, she would be a good addition to the side. While players like Asisat Oshoala and Francesca Ordega might be ahead of her in terms of ability and quality, her ability to play anywhere across the front three would be her biggest threat.






Thus, her being able to switch flanks with Ordega, or even play as a striker would make it easier for the team, in terms of dynamism. It's also important to note that she has a decent goal scoring record in her career - even though she hasn't scored this season.
