Nigerian highlife singer, songwriter and graphics designer, Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known by his stage name Adekunle Gold replies one of his followers after the fellow shared an old picture of him on Twitter.









The highlife singer who gained popularity in 2015, after his hit song 'Sade', has been growing from strength to strength in the music industry coupled with the help from his wife Simi.

From his recent pictures, one may not believe he is the one in that old picture. The transformation is too much. He looked really horrible in that old picture which boiled down to the fact that poverty can make one look pitiable.







After the twitter user shared the picture, Adekunle Gold replied saying that he really looked like what he went through then.






According to him, it wasnt easy getting to the stage he is today.
