10,000 Liters Of Baba Adeboye's Anointing Oil Can't Cleanse Our Youths Of Naira Marley Impact - Babajide

When one makes the same mistake twice, it is no longer a mistake but a choice. Popular Nigerian notorious pop star Azeez Fashola known as Naira Marley is in the news again for the wrong reason. Two months after his arrest alongside Nollywood Actress Funke Akindele for defying social distancing to organize a house party, Naira Marley staged a concert again in Abuja at the weekend in contravention of social distancing order.

The so called drive in concert also breached rules on the use of face masks in public places and violated dusk to dawn curfew from 10p.m to 4a.m in Abuja. The FCT Task Force has sealed Jabi Lake Mall, the venue of the concert for two weeks.


Babajide Otitoju has this to say:

Frankly, I don't know any musician of note globally that has breached the protocols set as a result of pandemic except Naira Marley.Naira Marley is the only artist that has done this.

Corruption is most likely at play here!In the first place, who granted Naira Marley flight permission from Lagos to Abuja. As we learnt, they were were about 8 passengers onboard a private jet to Abuja. The truth is we need to admit that things are collapsing in our nation. How did this boy get the flight permit?Who approved it?This is not supposed to be an essential service. So, how did he get the permit?

Secondly, why couldn't security personnels stormed the venue of the event and then arrested him?How was the Jabi Lake Mall packed with crowd and nobody complained about it till he finished?

And the show was promoted before the event, they had flyers and others- platinum reservation #50,000 while gold reservation #100,000.

Before they even held the show for 20minutes, they should have deployed security operatives there to stop the show. That is when it would have an impact. They should have been arrested and then put them in handcuffs. Generally in our country, people don't want to obey rules anymore.

I am saying I have not seen a world artist anywhere in the world that has done what this boy has done.

When the presenter Ayo Osubafor asked about Naira Marley popularity, Babajide Otitoju said Naira Marley should know that no matter how famous he is, he should lead by example.

The truth is he thinks he will always get away with whatever he does. And that is why an example has to be made of this boy.




The kind of negative influence his music has on our youths will take Baba Adeboye 10,000 litres of annointing oil to cleanse those young people and completely format their brains of the influence of this boy.

Remember when Naira Marley came out of detention he started singing 'won ti settle e'. This song came to mind that if he can sing:

With those people that he has, he will get away with whatever he does!
