According to reports Turkish youngster is Orkun Kokcu is closing in on a £23m deal to Arsenal, that is according to reports from Turkish outlet.

According to NTV Spor covered a story this week that Gunners were preparing a £23m offer to sign Kokcu. Fanatik journalist Gokmen Ozcan then reported that Mikel Arteta's side were close to a €25m move for the player.
