2. Excessive consumption of salt






Salt should be consumed in the adequate amount. Limited consumption of salt is also good for the body. Excessive consumption of salt destroys the kidney. Salt is a hyper tonic solvent and when consumed in excess cause a hyper tonic solution around the kidney, thus dehydrating the kidney.

3. Inadequate water intake






A very large percent of the body is made up of water. Drinking enough water helps the body a lot. Insufficient level of water in the body leads to dehydration thus putting the kidney at a risk of been damaged. It also accelerates the formation of kidney stones.

4. Intake of pain killers

There have been a serious warning about the intake of pain killers but many people still don’t listen. Health experts have warn that consuming pain killers have a serious effect on our kidney in the long term. The negative impact is not only on the kidney but on other parts of the body.

5. Excessive alcohol





When you consume alcohol more than the required amount, it affects not only you liver but also your kidney. This increases the pressure on the kidney thus putting it at a high state of risk. When you take alcohol in excess, uric acid is increased thus leading to kidney failure by chance.
