Golden Boy 2020: All 100 nominations as Chelsea and Arsenal teenagers dominate the wonderkids list

The merit award for the most talented and promising young players in European Football will be on from 100 starlets chosen by the continent's media.





On Tuesday, the nominations were announced with Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi, Billy Gilmour, Faustino Anjorin and Ethan Ampadu all representing Chelsea Football Club.

The Gunners, Arsenal bosted William Saliba, Bukayo Saka, Trae Cole and Gabriel Martinelli from there outstanding academy ranks.


Liverpool and Manchester United both have three players each in the running, while Tottenham, Manchester City and Wolves all got two players each.

Phil Foden, Mason Greenwood and Ryan Sessegnon have all enjoyed impressive season, and are accompanied by Southampton's Micheal Obafemi and Max Aaron's of Norwich City in the longlist.

This year award goes to players born in the 21st century aged 20 years and below.

The favourite among them all will be Dortmund Jordan Sancho and Erling Haaland.
