There had been escalated rumour that the former governor of Oyo State died yesterday18h June 2020.

The rumoured spread swiftly just like a bush fire in harmattan because the person the news relates to was a public figure and someone who has held a state in Nigeria.

As the rumour spread on Twitter and some other social media, a Nigeria controversial journalist and daughter of ex-governor of Oyo State, Kemi Olunloyo debunks the horrible news that it was a fallacy.

Some other News platforms also came up with their clues on the rumours that the ex-governor is alive.

There was one fact about the state of the health of the ex-governor, who had been reportedly announced to be down with COVID-19 related ailments.

However, It is noteworthy that many Nigerians noticed that Kemi Olunloyo has not been having a good side on the news she escalated, sometimes most of her news is based on shocking and distorted claims.

For instance, earlier this year, she suddenly demanded the appearance of the former Chief of Staff to the president, that is late Abba Kyari, by then the death of the Chief of staff to the president have not been confirmed but Kemi Olunloyo claims the man is dead.

It was apparent that Kemi Olunloyo had more zeal for bad news than good one until she proved us wrong yesterday, that she is not what we thought of her, when she purposely debunks the rumoured death of Oyo state former governor Abiola Ajimobi, who Nigerians had spread the rumours his death, but Kemi Olunloyo came on board to ascertain the genuineness of the matter that the ex-governor was alive.

Ever since then, the Nigerians on social media had been confused about the matter, but many were glad to see that it was Anty Kemi who assured Nigerians that the ex-governor was alive.
