Arsenal Offer Huge Contract to Free Agent Malang Sarr, Player Ready to Join

Arsenal made a big stepped in offering new contract to Brazilian center back David Luiz, completing the permanent deal for the Spaniard Pablo Mari from Flamingo,also the Portugues right back Cedric and the 28 year old William Saliba.This move raised questions on wether Arsenal will sign a new center back next season.

The north londoners, have around eight center backs on their books this include, David Luiz,Mustafi,Pablo Mari,Saliba , Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Shkodran Mustafi, Calum Chambers and Rob Holding in their ranks with Dinos Mavropanos returning for next season as well.

The Gunners can allow two center backs to leave and still have enough in the squad, but a latest report has claimed that the north londoners are in negotiations to sign a new centre back.

According to Marca it's claimed today that the Gunners have offered a huge contract to Malang Sarr. The 21 year old French defender left Nice at the end of his contract last month and is now a free agent.

The central defender Malang Sarr is one of the most promising defensive talents in European football. The French man has atracted intrest from top clubs in Europe with the report claiming that RB Leipzig and Buyern Munich have also offered him a deal.

The Gunners move interest really is strange considering their recent deal with Pablo Mari and Luiz. But the North Londoners technical director and Legend Edu has prioritised bringing in young players, with the likes of Saliba, Matteo Guendouzi and Gabriel Martinelli, joining the club and Malang Sarr might be seen as one for the future as well.

Mikel Arteta may allow Sokratis to leave,with Mavropanos sent out on another loan move.Chambers had a fantastic campaign with Fulham last season,but has been unlucky with injuries.Its won't be a surprise if Chambers leaves the club.

The 21 year old free agent has huge potential.Malang Sarr played over 100 games in the Ligue 1 and under Arsenal Legend Patrick Vieira, he has learnt his trade very well.

As a free agent, the 21 year old would certainly be a risk free signing. However, the north Londoners will have to deal with their own centre-halves before they finalise a deal for the promising Malang Sarr.

Arsenal have been poor defensively this season, the Gunners are at risk of not playing European football next season.However,with the recent display against Southampton, Norwich and Wolverhampton,Mikel Arteta's philosophy looks much better for Arsenal.
