If you love your brain, stay away from these habits

The brain is the organ inside the head(skull) that controls our movement, thought, memory and feelings.

It is the organ that retains information.

There are some things that are done often and almost without thinking, which can damage the brain


* Things like skipping breakfast and poor nutrition especially for children.

* Excessive intake of sugar weakens the capacity of of the brain to retain information and makes children to become hyperactive (Restless).

* Sleeping with your head and nostrils covered leads to increased intake of carbon dioxide and decreased ozygen.

* Not getting enough sleep of like 8hours at night. ( Sleep cleanses the brain of toxin which denial may lead to death of brain cells).

* Working when one is sick weakens the brain . (Rest when you are sick to reduce inefficiency of the brain ).

* Laziness to work or to think makes the brain to be dull and weak.
