Meet The 11-Year-Old Boy From Warri That Set The New Guinness World Record

When children have the dream to break limits and be a better player more than Ronaldo and Messi's prime stage in Football their dream, I bet, if they are motivated and mentored, that feat can be actualized.


Well, this was the dream of Chinonso Eche and he has gotten to somewhere as we hope he breaks more feat in the sphere of football, keep reading as I take you through who this wonderkid is? What did he do? And What record he broke?








Who is Chinonso Eche?

Chinonso Eche is from Warri, Delta State. He was identified as a child prodigy that was able to complete 101 touches with a football while he held onto another football on his head.

Chinonso Eche broke the Guinness world record as he became the youngest African footballer to set that record for the most football touches in a minute.







While speaking to BBC, Eche said he loves to do freestyle with the ball and it's obvious that's his gift from God as he does it to entertain people, mostly his friends in school.







Eche considers himself as the best football freestyler in Warri, he has been doing football freestyle for 3 years now. His interest in freestyle was piqued when his father showed him clips of Jay Jay Okocha, Ronaldinho, and Lionel Messi.

Eche would love to play for Super Eagles and Clubs like Barcelona, Chelsea, and Real Madrid.







"Practise, Practise, Practise" is the only thing that makes one break away from the norm. Eche wakes up every day by 4:30 am to practice his football skills before heading to school. Why won't he break the world record?

It takes 10,000 hours to attain mastery, if he wakes up every day by 4:30 am to practice and he has done this every day for 3 years, it's conspicuous he has attained mastery, which is why he had the ability to break the Guinness record.
