I firmly understand that love knows no boundary. A poor man may be lucky enough to marry a rich girl and vice versa, but, in a situation where a young boy of 22 years of age took a 48 years old lady to sign a life contract (marriage) something might have motivated it.








The picture of a white lady married to a very young black boy with enormous age difference hit the internet lately, the marriage was said to have taken place at Ikoyi Registry, Lagos State.







Though this is not the first time we will hear about this kind of interracial marriage but it seems to be really rampant these days and the need to talk about it rise.

Love should be the main factor in marriage, yes, true love has nothing to do with age or race most especially when they both meet in a developed world.







But, in a situation where they meet online, where the man is from developing nation while the lady is from a developed nation and the age difference is wide, there might be one motive for such wedding, that is Visa.

It is very good to note that many people find it really hard to get a visa to enter developed nations or to get their permanent residence permit but getting married to a citizen of such nation might open doors for them and that's why this kind of marriage is common - my opinion.
