After SARS Officials Murdered A Young Man In Delta, Atiku Pleads With The Government To Stop Them

The special anti-robbery squad which was formed by the PDP government back in 2015 to help reduce crimes in the country, as they usually claimed that police is our friend.

They had been a cry out on social media as people are trending the #EndSARS, after a young man was brutally murdered in delta state and the SARS officials stole his Lexus Jeep and fled.




Many people don't feel safe in the country any longer, as people are now much afraid of the security officials than actual armed robbers, because all they do is extort young citizens of their hard earned money.








The Former Presidential candidate for the people's democratic party, Abubakar Atiku had taken to his social media account to plead with the government to stop these security officials brutality on the citizens.




He had written " The special anti-robbery squad of the Nigerian police was set up to confront violent crimes such as armed robbery, kidnapping and other related crimes.

However the unit has turned into an Oppressor of the Nigerian masses who strive everyday for a better life.

Reports of intimidation extortion by the officers of the special anti-robbery squad have continued unabated."

Atiku claimed that he strongly condemned the cruel action against Nigerians, and he urged the government to rise to the occasion and stop them.

He hopes unit is sanctioned, and they should remove the bad egg and re-educate them so that they can go back and face the operation which day are solely created for.







while some people claim that all he said was a propaganda for his political aspiration, but I really appreciate his gesture as it showed that our voices are being heard. And the police brutality will be looked into.
