Gang Caught In Anambra After Kidnapping A Boy With Biscuit And Sold Him For ₦920,000 (Photos)

A young boy was rescued from a kidnapping gang in Uli Anambra after he was lured and kidnapped with biscuits.

According to a video made available to Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS), the young boy was kidnapped from Uli and taken to Awo Mmamma in Ọrụ East Local Government Area where he was to be sold to a couple who had paid the sum of nine hundred and twenty thousand naira (920,000).


The gang made up of two family members and some friends had connived to abduct the boy from Uli but their plans foiled after they were pursued and overtaken in Awo Mmamma.


The siblings comprising of a middle aged woman and her younger brother known as Ikenna have been completely paid for the task. The woman was paid 520,000 while her younger brother was paid 400,000 totalling everything to 920,000.

The interesting part of the story is that the woman had used some biscuits laced with charms to abduct the poor boy who had cried his eyes out.

If not for the vigilant eyes of people around, the kidnapping would have been a huge success. The siblings are currently cooling their heels in Uli central police station where investigation is currently ongoing.
