Bridger Walker Who Fought A Dog, Sustained 90 Stitches Saving His Sister, Has Received WBC Award

A courageous person never dies a coward. It pays to be brave than to be cowardly.

A little boy, Bridger Walker, has received the World Boxing Council (WBC) recognition for his gallantry that led to the rescue of his sister from a vicious dog attack.

Walker sustained 90 injuries as a result of the heavy battle between him and the monster.

Even as the dog was determined to devour Walker for daring it, Walker was determined to save his 3-year old sister.

His fight was not in vain as he succeeded in saving the little child from certain death.

"If someone was to die, it must be me. I am the older brother," Walker said.

The World Boxing Council however, recognized him as a World Heavyweight Champion for the day.

This record of recognition would remain in the official history record of the WBC.
