Petr Cech and Ziyech react to Edouard Mendy's statement after keeping another clean sheet

Senegalese goalkeeper Edouard Mendy has reacted after keeping another clean sheet in Chelsea's goalless draw against Jose Mourinho's Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening.




The former Rennes football club of France goalkeeper continues his impressive run of form, as he made a couple of saves for the Blues to deny the English Premier League table toper from getting the three points.

Mendy who has been consistent for the Blues since joining them this summer transfer window was given a starting role again by coach Frank Lampard, ahead of world most expensive goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, and he was able to convince with many world class saves.



Germany star Timo Werner thought he has opened scoring for the home team in the 5th minutes, but his effort was ruled out offside by the lineman.

Both teams tried so hard to find the back of the net, but all their efforts were not successful, as the match ended in no victor, no vanquished.



Reacting after keeping another clean sheet in Chelsea's goalless draw against Tottenham Hotspur, Edouard Mendy posted on his verified Instagram handle that;

Edouard Mendy has now kept 5 clean sheets for Chelsea in the English Premier League giants, and he has just conceded a goal in the six appearances in EPL.
