"So She Was Hiding Her True Colour In The House" - Nigerians Blast Nengi

Big Brother Naija reality show star, Nengi Rebecca Hampson has added another feather to her cap. Nengi won the love of millions of Nigerians and Africans right from the first day she entered the house with her flawless skin and gentle nature. The love had made Nigerians vote to keep her in the house until the final day of the show. Since the show ended, Nengi has been on a streak of winning in various ramifications. Today, she scored another big win as the Senior Special Assistant to Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Siri, and the Face of Bayelsa State.

The announcement was first made by her fellow housemate and friend, Neo Akpofure, via his social media accounts earlier today. He congratulated on this milestone achievement.






This is a huge one for her. Shortly after the BBNaija show, Nengi had launched a movie career, and debuted in her first film which was shot in South Africa, and directed by Nollywood legend, Ramsey Nouah.

A few days ago, Nengi also signed a mouth-watering endorsement deal with top liquor brand, Remy Martin. While announcing the deal, Nengi said that she is looking forward to working with the brand, and thanked Remy Martin for welcoming her into the family.

Congratulations have been pouring in for her from her fellow housemates and fans, with all of them wishing her well in her new endeavour.

But Nengi did something really weird today while talking about her new appointment on social media. In a live Instagram video, she was seen being driven through the streets of Bayelsa, and in a rather crass way, she blasted her haters. She said that because of the appointment that Bayelsa State Governor has given her, her haters are not happy for her, and because of that they will all die.

Many people were surprised at such display of childish behaviour, and said that it was too embarrassing for someone like her to spit out such words. They obviously didn't expect such crass behaviour from her, because they have always seen her as a well-cultured and soft-spoken young lady. That's the impression people had of her in the house, so this outburst from her seems too strange for many people to handle.

Yes, people blasted the Bayelsa State Governor for the appointment, saying that Nengi has done nothing to deserve such honour. But that is life, because everyone can't celebrate your wins with you. That doesn't mean she should wish death on people that are not happy with the appointment.

Many people even reminded her of how Laycon was blasted when he was appointed youth ambassador by Ogun State Governor. But he didn't wish death on his haters, rather he composed himself and understand that life isn't about being loved by everyone.

Many also concluded that was hiding her true colour while in the house, and now she is finally letting the world see who she really is, that she is not as posh as people thought she was in the house.
