“STOP misleading the Church” – Life Coach Tells Pastor Funke Over A Controversial Statement She Made

Pastor Funke Felix Adejumo has been called out by Nigerian born Leganese life coach because of her statement where she said any woman that doesn't add value to her husband after marriage is a witch.

Pastor Funke was seen in a video that was made on Monday, November 2, 2020, addressing the church during a women meeting.

In the video, she urged women to be hard-working and not rely on their husbands' money. She advises them to go out and work and not be a liability to the man God has given them. Pastor Funke added that women should participate in paying bills, regardless of how little the amount is, and should support their homes. Then she made the statement, “If your husband’s life does not appreciate after marriage, you’re a witch.” she said.

This statement didn't go well with many women and they have reacted on social media.

One notable reaction is that of Ms. Daniels who stated that Pastor Adejumo is misleading the people and the need to put a stop to it.

In her words,


“This woman – I hear preaches well in the area of parenting but when she crosses to other areas – it’s a give and take.

She also went on to say she refused to accept people’s comments that the whole message should be listened to. That a man who only picks this up will react to it if for any reason HE is having problems or challenges at work etc.

She added, "What about if he is a lazy one and makes her life uncomfortable – that means he is a WIZARD?"

From what she was saying, I think she is trying to be even. Don't blame the wife for her husband's failures.

She went further to quote the scriptures in her post – ‘he who finds a wife….and receives blessings from the Lord”. The blessing is dependent on how he uses it ….. also how is he treating her?

"She should STOP misleading the congregation!” she added.
