If any orphanage homes allow the snapping of pictures they would be fined with a sum of fifty thousand naira. This fine is to ensure that they adhere strictly to the rule.


Many people had misused the opportunity. According to the letter written, people after snapping put these orphans on social media. The security of these orphans are at stake. Posting their pictures is also a form of molestation and that has to stop.
