Mixed reactions on Facebook as a lady shares her stories of the men she has dated

A Nigerian female Facebook user who is simply identified as Joy Williams Akwuobi has taken to a Facebook group to share her stories of the men she has dated.

Joy Williams in order to get her stories across to the group members, she introduced herself by saying that she is a writer. She added that, sometimes, when she is out of fictional stories, she resort to writing about her personal life experiences. She tagged the story, "THE MEN I DATED".

I'm a writer and sometimes, I write my experiences when I run out of fictional stories to write. With the permission of the admin, I'll share with you stories of THE MEN I DATED."






She started her narration of her experiences with men by beginning with the recent of those experiences. She started by unveiling the name of the man whom she called Stephen. According to her, she and Stephen met each other on Instagram. After series of casual chats, the man asked her out.

She had earlier agreed on the date but due to her busy schedules, she had to cancel the outing 6 hours before the time. She didn't just cancel it but she also apologized afterwards.







Subsequently, they agreed on a "raincheck" date. On the said date of the second date, she called Stephen before leaving her house to the venue, so as to be sure that she would meet him there upon arrival. To her greatest dismay, there was no trace of Stephen when she got there. She had to call him to know why he wasn't there. Sadly, he didn't take her calls. Apparently, she stayed there for an hour trying his number but he didn't pick.

After she was tired of waiting, she had to leave. On her way leaving, Stephen called her. From the look of things, Stephen's dissapeance was intentional. Stephen left to show her how painful it is to be stood up on agreed dates. It wasn't a guess. Stephen personally disclosed that to her.

According to her, she was pained by what Stephen did to her. She had to cry it out and moved on. A week later, Stephen called her to apologize over what happened. Thereafter, he asked her out for another date. This time around, Joy politely turned down his request.
