Celebrity Actor and Politician Desmond Elliot is in the news following his latest announcement of job vacancies through his verified social media platform.

Versatile Nigerian Desmond Elliot who is an actor, director, and politician is encouraging the Nigerian youths to seek greener pasture somewhere by the virtue of a link he posted on Facebook.


The 46-year-old Lagos state House of Assembly Member said and I quote;

"Youths between the ages of 20 to 40 looking for a job please visit here for some help"

The lawmaker who has starred in over two hundred films and a number of television shows and soap operas is however getting some funny feedback from the youths that are active on social media.

It must be recalled that during the End SARS protest, Desmond was criticised for allegedly supporting Anti-social media bill in the country. A scenario he earlier denied when the news first filtered in via the social media.


In a viral video circulating all over the internet, he was seen vehemently criticizing social media users and influencers about the danger it can cause to the country. However, he later apologized to the youths.
