After Matchweek 17 Of The EPL, See What The Table, Scorers And Assist Rankings Look Like

It's was another matchweek of the English Premier League. Matchweek 17 surely didn't disappoint as it gave amazing highlights.




Everton kicked off the matchweek at home to West Ham, loosing 1-0, thanks to a strike by Thomas Soucek. The second and final game of Friday saw Manchester United extend their fine form after a 2-1 home win against an in form Aston Villa. Saturday games saw Jose Mourinho's Tottenham put 3 un-replied goals against Biesla's Leeds United. While The Blades continue to search for their first league victory this season after a 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace, Brighton and Wolves had to settle for a 3-3 draw. Arsenal rounded off the day with an outstanding 4-0 away win at West Brom, making it 3 successive PL wins for the Gunners. Sunday games saw Leicester triumph away at Newcastle after a 2-1 victory and Manchester City ensured they inflict more injury upon the Blues after a 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge. Southampton rounded off the Matchweek after holding on to beat defending Champions Liverpool, thanks to an early Danny Ings strike.


Manchester United's win saw them level on points with Liverpool with a game in hand, Spurs, Manchester City and Southampton moved upwards occupying 4th, 5th and 6th position respectively. Chelsea continues to drop down the PL table.



The second half of the table sees Arsenal climb to 11th with Leeds and Wolves dropping down. Palace and Newcastle swap positions and the bottom five remained unchanged.



Scorers Ranking

Mohammed Salah continues to lead the race for the PL golden boot with 13 goals while outstanding Bruno Fernandes is the only midfielder that makes the top 10 list.





Assist Ranking

Harry Kane continues to lead the assist chart with 11 assists. Kevin De Bruyne registered his 8th assist in the weekend, putting him second, while Bruno Fernandes and Jack Grealish have 7 each.
