The general overseer of the Redeem Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye popularly known as Pastor Adeboye and fondly called Daddy G.O is currently trending on Twitter for what he said during his first sermon for the year.

Daddy G.O who talked about the cross into 2021 that didn't hold, the Lockdown of restaurants and social distancing between him and his wife.

Pastor Adeboye said the reason why he didn't hold a crossover service was because the church was told to close by 10:00pm or 11:00pm. He said that is just like still crossing over into 2020, cause it's still the same year. It was better everyone stayed at home and crossover into the new year in their various houses.



Daddy also said there was a time he attended a program and they try to distance him from his wife which no one can separate him from his wife, he also said restaurants were shutdown but Bukkas were open. He emphasizes on how well a Bukka meal his and this got lot of reactions from Twitter users hailing Daddy G.O for different things he said in his sermon.


When talking about the crossover night, Pastor Adeboye said he never knew covid 19 was a witch in he night that kills people, and he used himself as an example that of he was a witch, won't he go to the house of the people he wants to kill instead of going to church.
