You didn't help him when he was nobody - Fan blast Sound Sultan for calling Wizkid his nephew

Naija Ninja Label boss, Sound Sulta has come under criticism by fans for calling Wizkid his nephew. 

The Kokose singer had uploaded a video of his performance at the Starboy fest which was held on Thursday night at the Eko Energy city with the caption "OUT TO support my nephew @wizkidayo as he shut down Lagos . The band killed it . MAD O . i love the fans always 20yrs of pure Love". 

The caption however sparked outrage as some fans reacted to Sultans claim.

A fan replied to Sultan's tweet saying the legend didn't support Wizkid when he was still struggling as an upcoming artiste.

"I'm surprised lol... Heard when his nephew was still upcoming he didn't show him love - my sister my brother, hustle oo", @biggerjoe_ tweeted.

Another user also tweeted " your nephew? Wow!".

Another fan who shares a different thought was quick to come to Sound Sultan's rescue stating that he might have played his part but kept it away from the public eyes. 

"Who told you he didn't show him love find out mire about sound sultan, everything is not meant for the internet at least you should see that lowkey runs in their blood.

"Don't say things u don't know when you don't know behind the scene. If Skales nor come outside tell us say na olamide give m money take shoot shake body video u go know??? So advise shurrup".
