Everton fans slam Ademola Lookman after Leipzig beat Tottenham in the UCL

Nigerian-descent Ademola Lookman was on the bench for 90 minutes as German side RB Leipzig beat Tottenham 1-0 at White Hart Lane on Wednesday.

Everton sold Lookman to Leipzig in the summer for almost £25 million and the Toffees fans are yet to forgive him for forcing a move away from Goodison Park.

Despite impressing on loan at the Red Bull Arena last season, Lookman currently finds himself behind Timo Werner and Emil Forsberg in Leipzig's attack.

Werner has been the team's go-to player this season and he proved that once again by scoring the lone goal in the game against Spurs after coolly dispatching a penalty in the 58th minute.

Lookman, 22, who just committed his international future to Nigeria, has played in just eight games in all competitions for Leipzig this season and he's yet to score.

Apart from failing to register a goal, the England-born attacker has assisted zero goals.
