"I'm a Marlian and I like listen to Nigeria music" says British born player

Another British born footballer has showed his love for Nigeria songs and this is not the first time world class footballers will be expressing their joy in listen to Nigeria music. Sometimes ago, Chelsea Kennedy and Antonio Rudiger were seen singing and dancing to Wo by Olamide, Manchester united Paul Pogba was also playing Geng by Mayorkun and he's also a good friend to Davido.





Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo is also Davido's friend, and he has been caught on camera several times listen to Davido's songs most especially Fall, and this makes Ronaldo to be following Davido on social media because of his Love for Nigeria music.


Also, few days ago, Liverpool and Netherland superstars Virgil Van Dijk and Georginio Wijnaldum told everyone that Fireboy's song King has been their favourite song and they just love listen to Nigeria music.




Super Eagles and Glasgow Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo has made it known that he loves Nigeria music and he was forced to learn Naira Marley's Japa when he was in Super Eagles camp in Nigeria.




Aribo made this known when he was responding to quick fire questions from the Nigeria super eagles media. He was asked questions about Music, dress, food, football and his best city.

When he was asked questions about his favourite footballer between Cristiano Dos Santos Alveiro Ronaldo and Barcelona Lionel Messi, the midfield mistro said he prefers Messi to Ronaldo and he qualified him as "Messi no brainer." and World cup trophy over UEFA champions league.

The question went further and he was asked about his favourite music acts (top 5) and he chose 'Drake, Meek Mill, Future, Burna Boy and Wizkid', he also revealed that he's a 'Marlian' because his super eagles teammates taught him 'Japa' by Nigeria singer Naira Marley.





About dressing he prefers 'Casual dressing to cooperate wears.'

The former Charlton Athletic of England star said his best food is fried plantain.

And finally about his best city, the 23 years old prefer London to Lagos and he said he doesn't know much about Lagos because he has had limited time in Nigeria.
