Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta gives his take on Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah as he confesses the hard time they give him on deciding who to start.




Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta said after West Ham win that both strikers Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are giving him problems regarding team selection.



Nketiah, who spent the whole first half of the season at Leeds United in the Championship on loan, started the massive London derby, but it was his substitute in the 59th minute, Alexander Lacazette, who scored winner.





Mikel Arteta believes that both the 28-year-old and his 20-year-old counterparts are in good form at the moment, and admits it is giving him a problem regarding whom to always start.

"I have two strikers at the moment that are making life difficult for me but at the same time it's very good. They are both scoring, they are both in a good moment.





“I decided to play Eddie today for the type of defenders they had and the game plan we had but knowing that we needed Laca in the final moments (and) he was ready to do that."




According to stats from WhoScored, Alexander Lacazette has started 15 matches and 5 as substitute appearances in the Premier League for Arsenal this season, he has scoring 7 goals and created 3 assists in the process.

Eddie Nketiah on the other hand has scored just 1 goal in 251 minutes in the Premier League for the Gunners this season.
