"Are you threatening us" - Nigerians react as Federal Government threaten to extend lockdown

Nigerians are currently voicing out their comments on twitter following a tweet by Punch Newspaper claiming that the 14-day lockdown could be extended as stated by Lai Mohammed. The tweet seem to have infuriated lot of Nigerians and Nigerians have voiced out their opinions about the issue.



The tweet shared by Punch Newspaper read "Behave yourselves or lockdown will be extended, Minister warns Nigerians."







This tweet appears to have infuriated lot of Nigerians who are already tired of staying home and couldn't hold back their anger as they all let it out.

A user dropped a comment stating that "One thing I dislike is threat. Are you threatening us? As in are you really doing this?






The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, on Friday, stated that the Federal Government could extend the 14-day lockdown if Lagosians and residents of Abuja and Ogun State fail to behave themselves.

Nigerians have not been comfortable upon hearing this and have dropped their various comments.
