Twitter Reacts As Guy Shares His Bank Account Balance

Twitter users react to the recent tweet of this guy named 'Olawole', who recently shared his bank account balance on the social media platform. This guy, posted the account screenshot because he was also following the recent thread on twitter whereby the users post their pictures along with their account balance.








Reactions were overflowing when he posted the picture, as he had a standard Dollar account which contains not less than Twenty Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Sixty Nine Dollars,($22,269) which is an equivalent of about Eight Million Sixteen Thousand, and Eight Hundred Naira(₦8,016,800) when converted to Nigerian Naira(at a rate of ₦360).







'WittyGem1', another twitter user, who recently posted a picture of her account containing over ₦600,000 Naira, also retweeted his post and commented on the shared account balance, tweeting: 'God........ When nah'. Praying that she should amass that amount in her account too.











Some twitter users took is as an oppurtunity and were seen begging the guy to just give them the extra 269 Dollars on the account, while many others commended his achievement and encouraged him to do more.

However, Nigerians seem not to be in agreement with this new trend of posting personal information and bank account balance on social media platforms, saying it is highly a security risk.
