Why does Toni Kross always play with the same pair of boots since 2013/2014 season

The Real Madrid and German midfield maestro , Toni Kross has left so many football fans wondering what is the secret behind those pair of boots he uses.

The 2014 world cup winner with Germany and also three consecutive champions league winner with real Madrid within the period of 2016-2018, has changed his club and also his hairstyle, but still uses the same pairs of boots.


It is notable that Toni Kross hasn't changed his model of boots since 2013/2014 season, he wears the white and blue Adipure 11pro.

Surprisingly Adidas stopped the production of the boots model back in 2014.


Toni Kross explained why he can't part ways with the Adipure 11 pro "it's simply a superstition".

In a football documentary in 2019 Kross made a statement" my football boots are the most important thing when I go to the pitch".

He also added" I have to play with the white shoes , it's my superstition . Even the smallest of dirt annoys me , which is why I clean and take care of my shoes personally.some people think it's crazy but when I look down I want to see white shoes , otherwise don't feel good".

The midfield genius was named IFFHS world's best play maker in 2014 and was also named the German footballer of the year in 2018.

The German national team coach Joachim löw made a statement about Toni's style of play; " how Toni distributes the ball and receives it , is very good .he is technically excellent , he has made progress in recent matches I'm extremely satisfied with the player".

Toni Kross is inseperable from these boots, Adidas only make them for him , this privilege remains a mystery .
