EPL: Apostle Johnson Suleiman Reveals Why Arsenal Lost to Brighton

Senior Pastor and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministeries, Apostle Johnson Suleiman has revealed why Arsenal Lost 2-1 to English club, Brighton and Hove Albion in their Saturday encounter.




Apostle Johnson Suleiman put the blame squarely on the team's coach, Mikel Arteta. He blamed the Spaniard for featuring a weak team, adding that most of the players Arteta featured were not up to premiership league level.

The man of God took to his Twitter handle, expressing his displeasure with the coach as the Gunners suffered a humiliating defeat to counterparts, Brighton in the ongoing English Premiership League.


Arteta has weak selections. Most of the players that were featured are not on premiership level.

Apostle Johnson Suleiman also wondered why Arsenal could lose a game to a team just coming from relegation.

“How could you lose to a team that’s in the relegation zone? For a major match, you use consolidated players, not ‘experiments’, he lamented.

Arsenal, who were taking the lead at the beginning of the second half, courtesy of Nicolas Pepe, eventually ended up 2 goals to 1 by Brighton and Hove Albion.

The reopening of the EPL has not been so rosy for the Gunners as they recently suffered a whooping 3-0 humiliation from Manchester City.
