2)You like this your shirt o: This naturally sounds like a compliment,but read between the lines,it is actually no compliment. This statement is made to somebody when the person seems to wear a shirt very often.




3)This your shoe is so clean: This could go either way,it could be a genuine compliment or an insult. It is an insult when a shoe is very dirty,but then a person comes and says " This shoe is very clean".




4)You've not changed at all: Hearing this statement,you can easily assumes that it goes both ways.It could either be used by someone to give a positive or negative remark.For instance: this boy so you like food still, "you've not changed o"

5)This your Jeans last o: This is to say that you've worn this jean for so long,yet it still looks so strong.This just means that you should get another jeans because it really doesn't look so nice anymore.

6).As I saw this shirt,I knew it was you coming: This statement really sounds so innocent, but in actual truth it is not.This just means that you have worn this shirt so much that,you are being associated with the shirt instantly.

7)Igbo people like money:This may sound as though we Igbo's are so hardworking and cannot do without money,but there's more.The statement also goes to say that Igbo's are greedy,that is why the love money so much.

8)Your teeth is white today: As much of a compliment this sounds like,it is obviously not one.Someone telling you something like this, just means that your teeth never used to be white before.Whoever doses out this kind of "compliment" is actually trying to tell you to keep your teeth clean.

9) You're looking good today: Do not be deceived,sometimes when this statement is used,it may not be a compliment. A times, it can be used to tell that you actually look good today,but other days you look horrible.

10)So you have sense like this:Whoever says this to you, is most not likely appreciating the wisdom you exhibited. The person is just trying to say that you have so much wisdom, yet you do not show it off often.

11)You're smarter than you look: This is a pretty painful compliment. This just goes to say that your looks do not show that you're smart,but in actual sense you're really smart.
