A Young Guy (Zubby) that charges phone beside Federal Polytechnic Oko has been shot dead

It came like a shock, when the news of the death of a young man, popularly known as Zubby, broke last night. Zubby was said to be a young, vibrate entrepreneur, who charges phones, as well as sell and hire films, mostly to students of Federal Polytechnic Oko, beside Gmok Filling Station close to Eke Oko.




According to the emergency message, released by the Students Union Government (S.U.G) of the school, through their Public Relations Officer (PRO), Comr. Lazarus C. Ogbaga, the Union implored the students of the school, that are still around the school environs to limit their movement.

They said so because, men of the Nigerian Police Force were reportedly on patrol, as regards to the killing of the young man.



Zubby was reportedly shot dead by unknown assassins, in his workshop around 8.30 pm on Saturday night.

Students of the school who have not yet gone home, amid the COVID-19 pandemic break, are advised to limit their movement, especially at night to avoid losing their lives.

We hope more investigations, will be carried out by all involved parties, to make sure that the perpetuators of this act are brought to book.
