Arsenal Ranked Above Chelsea And Liverpool In Premier League All-Time Table (See Full Table)

In second place is Chelsea, who themselves experienced a new dawn with the coming of club owner, Abramovic in 2003. The Central London club have got 5 PL titles.


Arsenal also makes the list of EPL winners with 3 titles, Manchester City has 4 while 2019/2020 league winners, Liverpool have just one. Leicester City's fairytale run in 2015/2016 season as well as Blackburn Rovers triumph in the 1994/1995 season account for the remaining PL titles won.
