"Is that not Zobo?" - Reactions trail Davido over a bottle of drink spotted in his hands

Famous Nigerian Singer and Songwriter, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has been on the news again following a bottle of beverage which was spotted in his hands that looks more like the delicious "Zobo" drink.

We all know that "Zobo" is a typical beverage loved by many Nigerians. It is produced from the dried roselle or sorrel leaves (Hibiscus Sabdariffa). According to Google, this refreshingly bright red drink had some nutritional value to the human body which includes a reduction in the blood pressure, prevention of several complications such as Stroke, heart disease, etc






Recently, the CEO of the Davido Music Worldwide(DMW) and the crooner of several hit songs that have rocked the Nigerian music scene and diaspora, during the official signing of Akinmayokun Awodumila aka May D into his DMW music label, was spotted with a bottle of drink that has garnered many hilarious reactions online.






Many were of the opinion it was likely a Zobo drink that Davido was taking while others were praising him for being humble, despite all the wealth and affluence he's got.
