Liverpool are just one of a number of clubs to have expressed an interest in signing Wolves' winger Adama Traore, but the asking price for the Spanish winger is putting the reigning champions.

According to report that the Premier League side are asking for at least €70m for Traore, but add that Portuguese 'super agent' Jorge Mendes is working to try to reduce this price tag for interested clubs, with Manchester City and Juventus also keen on the winger.

Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing RB Salzburg striker Patson Daka.

Spurs are said to be in the market for striking cover for Harry Kane, but have been unsuccessful so far in achieving this long-term goal.

Fenerbahce have confirmed that the club is in negotiations with Lazio over the sale of Vedat Muriqi.

Thomas Partey is no closer to signing an Atletico Madrid contract, according to Marca .

Atletico wanted him to pen a new deal to raise his release clause from its current position of €50 million (£45m/$59m).

Manchester City are set to battle Arsenal in the race to sign Housem Aouar. Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola are both interested in the Lyon star.

Arsenal has been missing a midfield enforcer for some time now. Granit Xhaka and Dani Ceballos did well towards the back end of last season but they still, at times, lack that bite needed.




Partey has all those qualities in abundance. A standout performer for the red half of Madrid for a number of months now, he is the sort of player who can hold a midfield together and drive his team on.

Report: Aston Villa 'well placed' to sign 27-yr-old Premier League player this summer






Aston Villa are interested in signing the Arsenal keeper Emiliano Martinez this summer.




Dean Smith needs to add more depth to his goalkeeping position and Martinez should prove to be a quality addition.




The 27-year-old keeper is not the first choice at Arsenal and he needs to move on in search of regular football. Aston Villa have Tom Heaton as their number one keeper and it will be interesting to see if they can convince Martinez to join the club as a backup option.




Martinez has done well for Arsenal when called upon and he could be very useful for Dean Smith next year.

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette is reportedly keen to hold talks with the club over his transfer situation this summer.

The Frenchman has not always been a regular starter in his time at the Emirates Stadium and it’s claimed he wants assurances over his future as the club prepare to sell him for around £40million, according to ESPN.
The report states Lacazette has potential suitors in Atletico Madrid and Juventus, but that neither club is willing to pay Arsenal’s £40m asking price for the 29-year-old.
Arsenal dealt Houssem Aouar blow as Man City enter transfer battle for Lyon ace



Manchester City could be set to hijack Arsenal’s move for Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar this summer.


The Gunners have identified Aouar, 22, as a top transfer target, yet so far they have seen two bids rejected by Lyon.

Their opening offer involved Matteo Guendouzi, who has been ostracised by Mikel Arteta in north London, heading in the opposite direction to France.

But Lyon sporting director Juninho insists the club have no interest in signing Guendouzi, meaning that bid was swiftly rejected.

And according to ESPN, the Ligue 1 club later rejected an offer of £31.2million for their star midfielder.

Arsenal are still keen to get their hands on Aouar, who produced a number of standout performances on Lyon’s run to the Champions League semi-finals last season.

However, The Mirror claim City could rival them for his signature in the summer transfer window, as Pep Guardiola is also a big fan of the player.

Arsenal’s refusal to compromise in their talks to sell Lucas Torreira has led to Fiorentina pulling out of the hunt to sign the midfielder, according to the test reports in Italy.

The Gunners are open to selling the South American this summer as Mikel Arteta is keen to bolster his midfield options with the arrival of Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid.

However, Los Rojiblancos will only allow the Ghana international to depart if his €50m (£43m) release clause is met and the Gunners are currently unable to match that sum.
