The basic foundation and Principles for any relationship to work, still remains love, trust, good communication, sincerity, care, the fear of God and faithful. Any relationship that doesn't put this into consideration cannot pass the test of time and any relationship that doesn't pass the test of time cannot last long.

Can we say that today's relationship acknowledge those core principles listed above? I believe someone is already giving a no as an answer! In our today society, we continue to see failed relationship and pretentious courtship which in turn lead to broken marriages and homes.

The Nigerian society once knew and understood core values which cut across all sphere of lives. Youths who are responsible and trust worthy were significantly seen. Relationship held solid value, youth knew what the wanted and were true to them, in fact getting into relationship then was a difficult and big issue. It was a deal for parents to know their children are dating, when caught, such youth lands him/herself in a big issue. It was parents who decide the time for a youth to get married and who to marry.

Back then when people are together they try everything possible to be genuine with each other, bring down to the youths of today what do we have?

Youths who cheat, beat, lie, deny responsibility and all sort of vices you can mention. Although there are still a good number of sincere relationship and prosperous marriages out there.

Sadly, this happens to be one other those, what I will call a misfit relationship you have seen the tweet already but for emphasis sake.
