A Female Student Explains How She Escaped Getting Failed by a Lecturer who Insists on Sleeping with Her

A Nigerian Lady with a twitter handle “@_faves” and bears Favour on Twitter has shared her experience of getting threatened by a Male Lecturer that if he does not sleep with him, she will fail his course. This experience is quite common in Universities especially in Nigerian Universities. Some Lecturers went scot free while some paid for their sin but a new lesson can be learnt from the way @_faves handled her own issue.






@_faves started by saying that she could never forget the day a lecturer threatened to fail her if she did not meet him in a hotel. She said initially, she was afraid but she later came up with a plan with her twin. She said they kept a phone recorder on her and held another phone which was meant for backup in case the lecture requests for her phone when she gets there.

@_faves says when she got to the door, the lecturer tells her that “I am not saying I want to f**k you o, but you will be my baby girl. I like your shape, your breast and your height. You need to be taken care of and maybe when you finish school, we will marry”. “What a plan!” She wonders.


Thereafter, @_faves says the lecturer offered him sit and she accepted the offer not until the lecturer moves closer to her on another chair hold her hand. Before he started anything, he asked for her phone (which she was expecting). She said it is inside her bag. The man hurriedly takes the bad, picks the phone, keeps it in the wardrobe and then closed it.

@_faves says that the man started seducing her as if he has been doing it for a long time. Haven prepared for this, @_faves says she had worn denim on denim which will make it quite difficult and stressful even if it is a rape. @_faves claims the lecturer told her that he just wanted to see how big her b****t is, so she should undress.

@_faves says she started shaking but summons enough audacity to tell him that she doesn’t want to do it and maybe next time.

Immediately, the lecturer says, “okay, maybe when you have an extra year, you will have a change of mind”.

She said she was already thing hard on what to say and suddenly, she says that she would love to have an alcoholic drink to get her in the mood. She says the lecturer tried calling the bar person and to order for a woman alcohol, Smirnoff but his effort was futile. So, he decided to leave the room and get the drink himself. She says that she swiftly packs her bag and talked to her legs before he came back.

She said she has already had it in mind that she will fail the course that semester. During the Exam day, when the lecturer saw her, he made her remember his promise of Carryover.

Fortunately for @_faves, she said against all odd, some riots happened in the school when part of ASUU protested and the VC got so annoyed and suspended most of the and the lecturer was among them.

@_faves says her script was then marked by someone else and she bagged a “67B” in the course
