But then a lot of us don't pay much attention to the health hazards attached to all this technology. A doctor has taken to Twitter to point out one of these hazards and has offered a solution to forestall it.







The doctor explained that to reduce strain on the eyes while using mobile phones or laptops you need to observe the 20:20:20 rule. The doctor broke it down this way: "If you're using your phone or laptop, every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds..."






We must understand that going overtime on our screens can cause strain or pain, sources from Theraspecs report that looking at phone screens for too long might cause Eye strain or fatigue, Eye pain or inflammation, Eye dryness, Blinking dysfunction, Headaches, migraines, and all other sorts of unsavory side effects that mainly affect the eye or brain.
